Do you take appointments?+
We're walk-in first. Use online check-in to hold your spot from anywhere and skip the wait.
What's included in a regular haircut?+
A full haircut with clippers/shears, neck cleanup, and quick style. $19.88 plus tax.
Do you offer chemical or wet services?+
Not at this time. We are haircuts only — clean, simple, affordable.
Can I use my membership at any location?+
Yes. Every open Easy Clips Co. accepts every membership.
How do I cancel my membership?+
Go to Manage Membership → Cancel. Two taps, no phone calls, and you keep benefits through your paid period.
Do you honor military discounts?+
Yes. Bring valid military ID or DD-214, or join our $24.98/mo Military Membership.
Do you keep a copy of my military ID?+
Never. A team member looks at your credential in the shop and marks your account as verified. We do not photograph, scan, upload, or store your ID image or ID number — only the fact that you were verified, the date, and who verified it.
Who can see my account information?+
Only you and authorized Easy Clips staff who need it to serve you. Every staff member signs in with their own account, and every benefit redemption, punch, override, and change is written to a permanent audit log.
How do family memberships handle privacy?+
Each family member has their own haircut balance under the account holder. Staff see only first name, last initial, and remaining cuts at check-in — no other personal details.
Can I control texts and emails?+
Yes. Notification preferences let you turn SMS, email, and push on or off separately, and each opt-in is recorded with a date so you always know what you agreed to.
Which locations are open?+
6105 Walzem Rd (78239) opens soon, with 78114, 78201, and 78237 on the way. Tap Notify Me on any location to be told the day it opens.
