By using the Easy Clips Co. app, you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary for the design preview; final terms will be provided by legal counsel and made editable via the admin dashboard.

Services are haircuts only. Prices, memberships, and promotions are subject to change and governed by their individual terms.

Do not use the app to harass staff or other customers. Management may refuse service.

Your use of location, notifications, and payment features is optional and covered by our Privacy Policy.

MEDIATION & ARBITRATION — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Please read carefully. This section affects your legal rights.

By using Easy Clips Co. services (in-shop, online, or through this app), you and Easy Clips Co. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our services, memberships, promotions, staff conduct, injuries, refunds, marketing, or these Terms will be resolved exclusively through confidential mediation, and if unresolved, binding arbitration — not in court.

• Step 1 — Notice. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to send written notice of the dispute to admin@easyclipsco.org and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.
• Step 2 — Mediation. If not resolved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a neutral mediator in Bexar County, Texas before pursuing any other remedy.
• Step 3 — Binding arbitration. If mediation fails, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), seated in San Antonio, Texas, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
• Waiver of court & jury. You and Easy Clips Co. waive the right to sue in court and the right to a jury trial.
• No class actions. All claims must be brought individually. Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.
• Small-claims carve-out. Either party may still bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
• Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing admin@easyclipsco.org within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Final binding language will be provided by legal counsel and made editable from the admin dashboard.
